With the advent of memristor using titanium oxide thin films, that is, HP memristor, various SPICE models of HP memristor have been proposed. Furthermore, with the component realization of memristors, various circuit configurations of chaotic circuits using them have been reported. However, many papers on chaotic circuits using memristors have not been verified using the circuit simulator, SPICE. In circuit implementation, selection of a memristor SPICE model and determination of parameter values are important issues, and the simulation results may not converge depending on deficiencies in element values. In this paper, we report the simulation results for different memristor SPICE models. |
