1. In general, the relaxation time of principal dielectric relaxation mode and the relaxation time of the lowest Raman frequency mode do not match.
2. To reproduce the permittivity up to the THz region, it is recommended to use a model in which both the overdamped limit and narrowing limit do not hold.
3. It is necessary to construct a quantum theory of dielectric relaxation. |
