| 抄録 | （和） | 近年，日本では高齢化の進行と共に在宅高齢者や認知症患者の増加が見られる．我々の研究グループでは，在宅高齢者を見守り・支援するシステムの研究開発に取り組んでいる．先行研究では，高齢者の心の内を測ることを目的とした音声対話エージェントシステム「PC-Mei」を開発した．本研究では，在宅高齢者の会話機会減少や認知症の予防・リハビリ法としての回想法や共想法に着目し，PC-Meiと連携して利用可能な「思い出会話サービス」の提案をする．提案サービスの目的は，高齢者に会話機会を提供することで孤独感の解消や認知機能の低下を抑える支援をすることである．アプローチとして，まず高齢者の現在の趣味嗜好情報を取得する．その情報に関連する画像を自動で検索しサービスに登録する．また，過去の思い出に関する写真を登録する．その後，高齢者は登録された画像を見ながらエージェントと会話を行う．過去の経験や現在の好みについて会話をすることで，孤独感の解消や認知機能の低下を抑える手助けとなることが期待できる． |
| （英） | In recent years, the number of elderly people living at home and patients with dementia has been increasing along with the aging of Japan's population. Our research group is engaged in the research and development of a system to monitor and support the elderly at home. In a previous study, we developed a spoken dialogue agent system "PC-Mei" to measure the inner feelings of elderly people. In this study, we propose a "Reminiscence Conversation Service" that can be used in conjunction with PC-Mei, focusing on the decrease in conversational opportunities for the elderly at home and on reminiscence and recollection as a method of prevention and rehabilitation for dementia. The purpose of the proposed service is to provide elderly people with opportunities for conversation to help alleviate loneliness and reduce the decline in cognitive functions. The approach is to first obtain information on the elderly person's current interests and preferences. Images related to that information are automatically retrieved and registered with the service. In addition, the service registers photos related to past memories. The elderly person then engages in conversation with the agent while viewing the registered images. Conversation about past experiences and current preferences is expected to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and reduce the decline of cognitive functions. | |
