NTT Laboratories aims at automatically deriving the quantified Intent for input to the system by the interaction with the user for the purpose of realization of service autonomous control based on the Intent of the user. For this purpose, it is necessary to correctly acquire from the input natural sentence such as the service utilization state of the user, and to precisely match the information (knowledge graph) necessary for the preset quantification.
However, the "Information about the user environment, services, and resources" required by the application service becomes various, and there is a problem that accurate operation is difficult in acquisition by conventional natural language processing and uniform knowledge composition. Then, this paper examines problems and solutions for more use case application from the knowledge obtained in the concept demonstration for various use cases, and explores the possibility of future generalization realization with some feasibility verification. |
