Evaluation of Improvement Plans to Increase the Efficiency of Performance Data Transfer for Server Systems

(in English) In recent years, demand for shared use of multiple servers has been increasing. In order to perform load balancing on these servers in real time, it is necessary to analyze the performance data of each server with low overhead. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop an efficient transfer method that takes into account the overhead when transferring data from the target server to the data analysis server. In this report, as methods to improve transfer efficiency, we will parallelize transfer processing, improve the performance of data analysis server, and control transfer timing. In addition, for each method, we will measure the data transfer time and CPU load factor to evaluate its effectiveness.
