The success or failure of the gastric tube reconstruction after esophageal resection is greatly influenced by the blood flow to the gastric tube. Blood flow assessment has traditionally relied on the subjective and experiential judgment of the surgeon, based on factors such as the color tone of the gastric tube and the pulsation of the greater omentum artery. In the previous study gastric tube blood flow was analyzed using the indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence method, and curve fitting was performed for its time-concentration changes. In this study, we analyzed how curve fitting differs between congested and healthy conditions to investigate that occur. |
