Design and fabrication of InGaN-based broadband light-emitting structures toward flexible electrical spectral modulation

(in English) InGaN-based three-dimensional structures can realize multiwavelength-emitting structures without phosphors. Recently, we have demonstrated multiwavelength InGaN LEDs on convex lens-shaped GaN microstructures . The continuously changing surface orientation within the single microstructure causes continuous emission wavelength variation of the overgrown InGaN quantum wells. In this study, to achieve flexible electrical spectral modulation, we design and fabricate multiwavelength-emitting microstructures suitable for individual electrode formation to each wavelength component.
