In quantum key distribution, it is required that when creating the transmission state, the state is identical in all degrees of freedom except for the photon's degrees of freedom used for encoding the key. Additionally, in HOM interference, the indistinguishability of photons can be evaluated. In this study, we verify that the state is equivalent in all degrees of freedom except for the photon's degrees of freedom used for key encoding when generating the transmission state, using QKD modulation and HOM interference. |
