In the field of quantum information communication, the sharing of entanglement between distant parties plays a crucial role. For efficient and large-scale quantum communication, preparing entangled photon pairs is important. In this work, we have designed a tandem type-II quasi phase matching (QPM) periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) waveguide as polarization-entangled photon pair source. The two-different periodic polling structures of the tandem PPLN enable to generate polarization entanglement via a compact single optical path. By using the PPLN, we demonstrate the polarization entangled photon pair with the fidelities of 0.920.
