Millimeter and terahertz waves have been researched as an important factor for next wireless communication system such as 6G. However, due to short wavelength, it is needed to consider the radio-wave scattering. In this paper, we showed the scattering distributions from dielectric surfaces for different frequencies and samples. In addition, our mathematical simulation was compared to the experiment result, where we discuss the applicability of our theory as terahertz wave scattering analysis. |
