| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究ではトレーニングの継続を促すための取り組みとして笑顔を手がかりとした状況判断の有用性を検討するために，トレーニング中のエキスパートトレーナー及びトレーニーの笑顔の表出とトレーニング後の運動継続意志などの評定の関係を分析した．実験においては12分程度のトレーニングプログラムの対面指導を実施し，2台のKinect v2を用いてそれぞれの表情を計測し，笑顔の量，その増加率，同期度を算出した．その結果，トレーナーのトレーニーの意欲などの評価と同期度の間，及びトレーニーの運動継続意志と同期度やトレーナーに再度教えてもらいたい気持ちと笑顔の増加率との間に相関が見られた．これらの結果はトレーニング中の表情を測定することの有用性につながると考えられるとともに，笑顔の表出や同期がトレーニーの将来の運動継続へ向けた意志と関係があることを示すものである． |
| （英） | In this study, we investigated the relationship between the expressions of smiles of an expert trainer and trainees during training session and their ratings of their willingness to continue exercise after training, in order to examine the usefulness of situational judgments based on smiles as an approach to encourage the continuation of training. In the experiment, a 12-minute face-to-face training program was conducted, and the amount of smiles, their rate of increase, and the degree of synchronization were calculated by measuring the facial expressions of each trainer and trainee using two Kinect v2 devices. The results showed a correlation between the trainer's evaluation of the trainee's motivation and the degree of synchronization, and between the trainer's intention to continue exercising and the degree of synchronization, and between the trainer's desire to be taught again and the rate of increase in smiles. These results suggest the usefulness of measuring facial expressions during training, and also indicate that the expression of smiles and their synchronization are related to the trainee's intention to continue exercising in the future. | |
