Analysis of antenna selection based adaptive antenna for interference cancellation

(in English) Adaptive antenna array based on two antenna selection (AAA-TS: Adaptive Antenna Array based on Two antenna Selection) is considered to cancel more interfering signals with less energy consumption. In this paper, we analyze achievable signal to interference plus noise power ratio (SINR: Signal to Interference plus Noise power Ratio) performance of adaptive antenna array based on two antenna selection out of multiple antennas for interference cancellation. If there is a common antenna between two selectable antenna sets, the SINRs with the selectable antenna sets are correlated and this fact complicates the analysis of the achievable SINR performance, so we show the trend of the correlation in the case that interference to noise power ratio (INR: Interference to Noise power Ratio) is extremely high and the case that INR is extremely low. The correlation especially equals 0 in the case that INR is extremely high and that equals 0.5 in the case that INR is extremely low. Then, we evaluate the trend analytically, and I also show the validity of the AAA-TS through numerical simulation.
