Optimizing Power Level Selection Probability in GF-NOMA for Users Distributed in 3D Space

(in English) This paper maximizes the throughput of the grant-free non-orthogonal multiple access (GF-NOMA) for users distributed in 3D space. The key idea to maximize the throughput is to reflect the impact of LoS/NLoS depending on user's heights into an analytical model for the throughput using stochastic geometry.
Our results highlighted that the GF-NOMA with optimized the power level selection probability using proposed analytical model achieved 20% higher peak throughput than the existing one.
