Performance Evaluation of Stacked Metasurface Absorber Based on Equivalent Circuit

(in English) We have been studying metasurface absorbers in order to develop 2D near field scanner for visualizing electromagnetic noise. In our previous study, a Stacked Metasurface Absorber (SMA) was designed by electromagnetic simulation, which enables measurement of radio waves over a wide frequency range of 500 MHz to 1.9 GHz. In this paper, we improved the equivalent circuit analysis of the SMA structure and verified the validity of the proposed circuit. Furthermore, we designed and evaluated a further broadband model based on the equivalent circuit.
