| 抄録 | （和） | 対話システムとの対話では，時に質問に対する不自然な返答や無視といった，適切な応答が得られない場合がある．これらの問題は，対話システムとの対話への期待を損ね，結果的に，対話意欲の低下をもたらす可能性がある．本研究では，言語情報や非言語情報を含むマルチモーダルな情報を基に，単眼カメラから対話意欲を推定することを目標とし，対話意欲の推定に有効な客観的指標を特定することを目的とした．この目的のために，姿勢傾斜角やその時間変化，頭部傾斜角やその時間変化，右手先運動度とその時間変化の6つを計測対象として設定し，対話意欲との相関関係を分析した．その結果，姿勢傾斜角の時間変化と右手先運動度が対話意欲と関連しており，特に対話のラスト30秒が対話意欲の影響を受けやすい時間区間であることが分かった． |
| （英） | In dialogues with conversational systems, there are occasions when inappropriate responses, such as unnatural replies to questions or outright ignoring them, occur. These issues can diminish the user's expectation of the dialogue, potentially leading to a decrease in their willingness to engage in conversation. This study aims to estimate conversational willingness using multimodal information, including linguistic and non-linguistic data, obtained from a monocular camera, and to identify objective indicators effective in estimating conversational willingness. For this purpose, we measured six factors: body posture inclination angle and its temporal change, head tilt angle, and its temporal change, and the extent of right-hand motion and its temporal change. We analyzed the correlation of these factors with conversational willingness. The results revealed that the temporal changes in body posture inclination angle and right-hand motion are related to conversational willingness, particularly in the last 30 seconds of the conversation, which are more susceptible to its influence. | |
