Study on Conductivity Measurement Method Using Fabry-Perot Resonator

(in English) A conductivity measurement using a Fabry-Perot resonator is investigated. In a previous study, the conductivity of a conductor sample was estimated using a simple formula in which the Q factor of the conductor (spherical mirror, copper plate, and conductor sample) is proportional to the square root of the conductivity, after measuring the Q factor with a spherical mirror and copper plate with known conductivity, and substituting the copper plate for a conductor sample with unknown conductivity. In this work, we propose a method for estimating high conductivity (near-copper conductivity) by formulating it using a Gaussian beam even when the conductivity of the spherical mirror is unknown, and even when there is power loss outside the spherical mirror and conductor sample or copper plate.
