Terahertz wave scattering experiment and simulation from random rough surface of dielectric on metal

(in English) Terahertz waves is attracting increasing attention such as Beyond 5G. However, due to short wavelength, it is needed to consider the radio-wave scattering. Therefore, we have been conducting terahertz waves scattering experiments for some time and have been studying scattering by irregular dielectric surfaces. In this paper, we report the results of experiments on the scattering from dielectric surfaces on metals in addition to irregular dielectric surfaces.
