In this paper, we propose a sound source with a resonant frequency of 60 kHz and a square emitting surface as a small ultrasonic sound source for use in nondestructive testing, etc. The proposed sound source forms a sound wave emitting part by forming a slot hole at the tip of a square bar, and when vibration is applied to this sound wave emitting part from two sides of the rectangle, the sound wave is emitted. The structure is such that this paper describes a method using FEM to design the sound wave emitting part of a small airborne ultrasonic sound source. |
