Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, we propose and evaluate a classification model generated by fine tuning a pre-trained image classification model for the autism spectrum disorder classification problem using EEG data. At first, EEG data are transformed into spectrograms by a short-time Fourier transform. Next, Using the spectrograms, we extract the feature by fine-tuned model of the pre-trained EfficientNetV2 or Vision Transformer. Finally, the extracted data are classified by support vecotr machine. large scale pre-trained model, the generalization ability can be high even with small training data. We evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed models through computer experiments.
