Quantitative evaluation of oscillation type vibration sensor and its application to electronics stethoscope
Tomonori Kimura (MELCO) US2023-73
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Results of an experimental evaluation of the performance of the prototype oscillation type vibration sensor are shown. The sensor output was measured by changing the frequency of the vibration source, and it was shown that the sensor can operate as desired even in the low frequency range. In order to quantitatively evaluate the performance of this sensor, we measure the displacement of the test object using a laser displacement meter, and show the relationship between the displacement and the sensor output. Furthermore, the vibration detection section is deformed using a micrometer, and the relationship between the amount of deformation and the oscillation frequency is shown. In addition, we show that this sensor can be used as an electronic stethoscope.
