Real-time display and control of the running status of small electric vehicles (COMS)

(in English) In this study, we used the measurement control software LabVIEW for a compact electric vehicle (COMS) to create a program that displays data in real time. Analyze the signals sent from the vehicle ECU and motor inverter using LabVIEW and derive the respective data. The obtained data was displayed on meters and graphs in real time. Although LabVIEW is sandwiched between the vehicle ECU and motor inverter, data is sent and received (relayed) as is. In addition, the software measuring instrument myDAQ for LabVIEW can be used to measure voltage and current and display power consumption. In this way, it has become possible to display the rotational speed, speed, battery voltage, torque command value, power consumption, elapsed time, and power consumption in real time.
