(in English) We present a QR-UOV hardware design. QR-UOV is a post-quantum signature based on multivariate quadratic problem. It is currently a signature candidate at the NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) competition. The proposed QR-UOV hardware efficiently expoloits the parallelism during hash function operation regarding key expansion and polynomial computations regarding key generation, signing, and verifying. We demonstrate an experimental FPGA implementation of the proposed QR-UOV hardware to evaluate and validate its performance including latency and resource consumption.
