An Analysis of README Change Approaches in OSS Development

(in English) In open software (OSS) development, README is a key document that describes installation and methods to share the correct usage of the software for users, and how to contribute to the project for developers. In order to share correct them with developers and users, OSS developers should update the README file with software changes. However, README file frequently overdated. In this study, we propose a method for linking the README and the other files to understand that developers should change the README file. Specifically, we use 4 different vectorise algorithms (BoW, BERT, CodeBERT, CodeT5+) and link with the similarity between the vectors exceeds a threshold value.
