Proposal for creating a business system simulation environment using operation logs

(in English) AI technology is an important element for improving the efficiency of office operations, which are becoming increasingly diverse and complex. In this paper, we aim to automate office operations by using machine learning. In order to apply machine learning to the generation of automatic operation procedures, a simulation environment for operations is required. There are three requirements for the automatic construction of such an environment: the environment must be generated using only operation logs that can be obtained from PCs, the environment must be able to extract correspondence between operations related to the business and screen captures without excess or deficiency, and the environment must be able to identify the range of GUI components for each operation in a selected window. In this paper, we propose a method for automatically estimating window transition logs related to business operations from PC operation logs, and a method for automatically estimating the constituent regions of GUI components to be operated.
