Consideration of ChatGPT and Human Tagging Characteristics in Text Classification

(in English) We had ChatGPT perform annotation for the purpose of utilizing text data, and verified the characteristics of tags and the accuracy of tagging. The data is a record of consultations received from students and faculty members at universities and their responses in text format. The data contains many organization-specific contents, and this research is characterized by the fact that it aims to realize a retrieval system for local information. It is not easy to construct a practical retrieval system under the conditions of local content and limited number of data. This study is both only a benchmark to measure the feasibility of the system and a basic experiment to determine the contents to be focused on in the future.
