Fixed-Rate-Taxation-based Stabilization of Nonequilibrium Target State in Replicator Dynamics
Takafumi Kanazawa (Setsunan Univ.) MSS2023-92 NLP2023-144
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In the population that consists of many agents interacting among each other, selfish behavior of each agent may leads the population state to undesirable one for the population. In order to realize a given desirable target state, indirect control methods for agent populations with taxations and/or subsidizations have been introduced. In previous work, however, the evolutions of strategy distributions in the population are modeled by replicator dynamics, and stabilization conditions of target states that is equilibrium points of the game before the taxation are derived. In this paper, we propose reallocation vector that reallocates the rate taxes collected from the agents and that depends on the target state and agent's strategy. We also show stabilization conditions of nonequilibrium target states in replicator dynamics.
