In data analysis systems, a distributed processing infrastructure can be used to increase speed through parallelization and decentralization. Recently, Ray, a Python/Java framework that can distribute computationally intensive ML workloads to multiple nodes in a fast and concise manner, has been attracting attention, enabling workloads to be distributed to multiple nodes with only minor changes to existing code. However, it requires trial and verification to find suitable areas in the code where parallelization and distribution can be applied, and also because the speed may not be improved by distribution depending on the processing contents. The purpose of this research is to ensure the effectiveness of distributed processing in a system, and we propose a scheme to automatically generate parallelized code by analyzing source code and to determine whether distributed processing is necessary or not or where to distribute it based on dynamic observations. |
