Demonstration of stable and flexible service provisioning mechanism based on extended autonomous operation technology cooperated with resource control function

(in English) In recent years, autonomous network have been actively studied for the purpose of efficient operation of increasingly complex networks. As a related technology, intent-based autonomous operation technology has been proposed to autonomously construct and maintain a network that satisfies users' requirements for services. However, the number of resources that constitute a service, especially those at the lower layers, is enormous, and the supply-demand situation changes frequently. Therefore, this study introduces a controller that takes charge of control over small-scale, high-frequency changes in the supply-demand situation of resources. By sharing control between the controller and autonomous operation technology, we propose a new autonomous operation function that can achieve both wide-ranging and frequent overall control. This paper presents an overview of the technology and evaluates the effectiveness of the method through a demonstration using a sample model.
