Communication services in disaster-stricken areas play an important role in the event of large-scale natural disasters.To quickly recover communication services, it is important to effectively operate various types of movable telecommunication units for disaster response (DRUs). However, existing studies on network recovery have not considered the deployment of various DRUs. Therefore, we propose to optimize the placement of different types of DRUs and to calculate the number of DRUs needed to achieve the recovery goal. In addition, we demonstrate the simulation of access network recovery using the GIS data. |
