| 抄録 | （和） | 本稿では，筆者が行ってきた推薦システムに対するユーザの知覚する信頼の研究について紹介する．近年，アテンションエコノミーという言葉に代表されるようにプラットフォーマーはユーザの興味や関心を自社のサービスやコンテンツに惹きつけ，そこに広告を掲載することで収入を得てきた．ユーザに長くサービスやシステムに滞在させるためにコンテンツをお薦めする推薦システムが導入されてきた．筆者らは，ユーザの推薦システムに対する深い信頼を測る推薦受容傾向尺度を開発し，その妥当性を検証してきた．また，そのような深い信頼が，推薦システムの性能に対する理解（心理学の研究分野では信念と呼ぶ）と，どのような関係があるのかを分析してきた．本稿では，開発した心理尺度の質問項目と，その妥当性検証の方法と結果，さらに推薦受容の予測モデルを紹介する． |
| （英） | This paper introduces our study on users’ perceived trust in the recommendation system. In recent years, as represented by the term “attention economy”, platformers have earned revenue by attracting users’ interest and attention to their services and contents, and by placing advertisements on them. Recommender systems have been introduced to encourage users to stay in a service or system for a long time. We have developed and validated a recommendation acceptance tendency scale that measures users’ deep trust in the recommender system. We have also analyzed the relationship between such deep trust and the user’s understanding of the performance of the recommender system (called ‘belief’ in psychology). This paper introduces the questions of the developed psychological scale, the method and results of its validation, and a prediction model of recommendation acceptance. | |
