| 抄録 | （和） | 発達支援の実践者が子どもとの効果的な関わり方を学ぶため，作業療法の熟達セラピストの事例を基にしたオンライン教材を開発してきた．本研究ではこれを活用した集団ワークショップを開発・実施した．本教材はインタラクティブな学習を提供しており，ワークショップによって参加者の経験と考えの共有と，参加者自身の思考についての省察を促すことが確認された．このことから，教材とワークショップが相互に補完し合い，支援現場で直面するコミュニケーションの問題に対する実践的な解決策を提供すると考えられた．今後の課題は，本教材を活用したワークショップの普及と，より多様な事例の収集ならびに教育手法の改善である． |
| （英） | To support practitioners in developmental support in learning effective ways of interacting with children, the author and co-researchers developed the online educational material based on cases from experienced occupational therapists. This study developed and implemented group workshops utilizing this material. The material provided interactive learning, and the workshop was confirmed to promote the sharing of experiences and thoughts among participants, as well as reflection on their own thinking. This confirmed that the educational material and workshop complement each other, offering practical solutions to the communication challenges faced in the support field. Future tasks include the dissemination of workshops using the educational material, along with the collection of more diverse cases and the improvement of educational methods. | |
