A Trial Case Analysis of Advice for Table Tennis Games and Learning About Advice Techniques by Interview with Experienced Local Coaches

(in English) Advice in table tennis, which can affect results of matches, is often given by empirical and subjective perspective of advisers. Its practical wisdom is not well organized and shared because it is developed through self-study and/or apprenticeship training in limited communities. To level up coaching skills widely, the practical wisdom of experienced coaches should be analyzed and arranged to be shared. In this study, as a first step, we conducted an interview survey with experienced coaches in Saga. We analyzed with qualitative method focusing on the viewpoint of advice in practical situations and the process of learning advice techniques.
