| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究では「日記」の価値に改めて着目した。日記は個人の行動の振り返りや行動変容に役立つものであるが、継続して日記を書くことは個人にとって負担が大きい。そこで、歩数や睡眠時間といった個人の行動履歴を示すデジタルデータである「ライフログ」と「大規模言語モデル」(LLM:Large Language Model)を用いて、個人の日々の出来事を文章化し、日記を書くことを自動化する手法「自動日記」を提案する。 本研究では、スマートウォッチから取得した歩数、睡眠時間、消費カロリーといった個人の健康状態を示すライフログを、RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)という手法を用いてLLMに入力することにより、自動日記の生成を行う。自動日記により、日記を継続することが困難な人や自分自身で日記を書くことが困難な状況にある人が日記を残すことが可能になり、負担なく自自分自身の歩数や消費カロリーといった健康状態を振り返りが容易になること、「明日はもっとこうしよう」といった前向きな行動変容を促すことが可能であると考えられる． |
| （英） | In this study, We focused once again on the value of "diaries." Diaries are useful for individuals to reflect on their behavior and behavior change , but writing in a diary on an ongoing basis is a burden on individuals. Therefore, we use a ''life log'', which is digital data that shows an individual's behavioral history such as the number of steps taken and sleeping hours, and a ''Large Language Model'' (LLM) to document an individual's daily events and create a diary. We propose ''the automatic diary'', a method to automate writing. The automatic diary is generated by inputting a life log showing an individual's health condition such as the number of steps taken, sleeping time, and calories burned obtained from a smart watch into LLM using a method called RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Automatic diaries allow people who have difficulty keeping a diary or are in a situation where it is difficult to write a diary on their own to keep a diary, and can record their own health information such as the number of steps they have taken and calories burned without any burden. It is thought that it is possible to make it easier to reflect on the situation and encourage positive behavior changes such as ''I'll do better tomorrow.'' |
