(in English) Quantum computer is a hot topic, but its operation & maintenance is rare topic currently. Riken started quantum computing cloud service last March. Based on its operational experience, this paper presents problems around dilution refrigerator and calibration which are not familiar at normal ICT systems. We expect to start discussion with ICM members about such a new ICT system.
