(in English) Many research conferences of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers present awards for student presentations.
In one conference, the education person in charge had been manually tallying the scoring sheets sent from the scorers in Excel and suggesting award candidates.
This report proposes a system to replace this work with Notion and Google Form.
In particular, by using Google Apps Script (GAS), the creation of scoring sheets and the tallying work have been automated.
The proposed system uses all `Software as a Services' (SaaS), and there is no need to prepare dedicated server resources.
This makes it easy to operate even in conferences where the technical committee members rotate.
