(in English) Network operators want to provide users with the fair opportunity to communicate best-effort traffic. Conventionally, this requirement was met by fairness control between VLANs. However, the increase in the number of users accommodated in an IF makes it difficult to prepare a queue for each VLAN. In this paper, we propose a method for improving fairness based on the premise that queues are provided for each physical IF interface rather than for each VLAN.
