In this study, a balanced band pass filter (BPF) using a coupled-line resonators and resonators with ring is proposed and designed. The BPF is realized in a multilayer structure assuming a Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) substrate. The transmission characteristics of the proposed BPF are improved by analyzing the connection method between the coupled-lines. A coupled-line resonator is used to realize differential-mode pass band with attenuation poles in Frequency Range 3 (FR3), and a ring structure is used to suppress common-mode transmission by more than 40 dB within the bandwidth. |
