To design a circuit dedicated to artificial intelligence using single flux quantum circuits to reduce the training time and power consumption of artificial neural networks. The objective is to improve the generality and efficiency of the model by changing the activation function from a sigmoid function to a ReLU function, and by using DFFE and RDFF, a circuit with ReLU function output characteristics is successfully designed.The maximum operating frequency was 49 GHz, and the bias margin ranged from 13.2 % to -23.2 % at an input of 40 GHz. |
