Validation of a Matching Method to Promote Individual Goal Achievement -- Focus on goal similarity and motivation --

(in English) It is important to be highly motivated to achieve individual goals. Previous studies have shown that motivation tends to increase when group and individual goals are similar.
Therefore, the purpose of this study was to clarify a matching method that can make the overall goals of a group similar to the goals of individuals when the overall goals of the group are set by matching based on individual goals. In the experiment, we compared two matching methods, one based on cosine similarity and the other using a large-scale language model.
As a result, we found that the method that uses similarity in quantitative measures rather than goals may be more effective in terms of motivation. Based on the findings of this study, we aim to develop a matching system that promotes goal achievement.
