Image Restoration Using Accelerated Subgradient Method with Learned Convex Regularizers

(in English) Image restoration is the estimation of an unknown image from its degraded measurement.
One approach for the image restoration problem is to minimize a objective function consisting of a data-fidelity term and a regularization term.
The regularization term is often designed manually, whereas a machine learning-based regularizer called adversarial convex regularizers (ACR) has been proposed to improve the accuracy.
In this study, we propose image restoration algorithms on the basis of the conventional subgradient method and acceleration techniques for the optimization problem with ACR.
Simulation results show the performance of the proposed approach for computed tomography (CT).
