Finding counter words and measurement tools from recipe data

(in English) Finding accurate counter and measurement tools are the important problem for recipe recognition.
Especially, calculation of nutritional value is difficult for posted recipes.
The submitted recipe data has a wide variety of ingredients and quantities, which must be read
with sufficient accuracy to calculate nutritional value.
In this study, we show an inference method for counter words and measurement tools via BERT.
The masked language model of BERT is used for the inference, and
the token classification model is used for the position finding of the problem.
The results show that the additional pre-training is effective for both models.
In addition, we can find only one position in the quantity expression.
