(in English) This study proposes an AI training method that utilizes an AI needs extraction method based on UX design and conducts practical evaluations for humanities and science undergraduate students as well as corporate sales staff. The research themes are threefold: improving students' understanding and application of AI through case-based AI technology learning methods and persona methods, generating and evaluating ideas using the metaverse, and exploring ways to apply these methods to corporate sales staff to enhance their AI utilization skills. It describes the understanding of AI and the practical evaluations using UX design methods for different target groups.
