Improved LSTM Autoencoder for ECG Measured Through Clothes

(in English) In the previous research, a method was investigated using an electrocardiogram(ECG) measuring device that can be passed through cloth using capacitive sensing of electrocardiographic potential through cloth, and classifying the obtained electrocardiograms containing noise using an LSTM autoencoder. However, in this previous study, it was found that the seeds of the pseudorandom numbers were fixed and that there were gaps in the cutout of the data used, and it was found that the same level of accuracy could not be guaranteed with other data. In this study, the data was modified, multiple pseudorandom number seeds were taken, the average was measured, and trends in the results were observed. As a result, abnormalities were detected with a sensitivity of 98.8% when passing through a single sheet of cloth.
