Learning activity analysis based on distributed representation of reading behavior and contents of learning materials

(in English) Browsing behavior logs recorded in e-book systems are useful information for analyzing student behavior and are used for various tasks in the field of learning analytics. In previous studies, the content of the page on which the operation is performed is not taken into account when using these methods for analysis, and even when it is taken into account, methods generate a distributed representation based on text. However, educational materials created in a presentation format contain important information such as images. In this study, we transformed educational materials into distributed representations that reflect information such as images, grouped learning materials based on their similarity, and analyzed ”students’ browsing behavior toward similar pages”.
