[Poster Presentation] Estimation of Received Signal at a Remote Point for a Multicarrier Signal

(in English) In a multipath fading environment, a method for estimating the received signal at a remote point beyond the correlation distance of the fading fluctuation has been considered. In this method, the source position and complex amplitude of each arriving wave are estimated, and multipath is reconstructed at the point of interest for estimation. For this subject, we have studied estimation of received signal at a remote point based on the estimation of wave source position and complex amplitude from the received signals of an array antenna and compressed sensing technique. In previous studies, a single-carrier signal was assumed, but in this case, sufficient accuracy was not achieved. In this paper, we examine the characteristics for estimation of received signal when the target signal is a multicarrier signal. The estimation characteristics are analyzed by varying the number of carriers, bandwidth, and the number of antennas, assuming multicarrier signals as the transmission signal. The results show that the estimation accuracy at a more distant point improves as the number of carriers and bandwidth increase. In addition, initial measurements were performed. The measurements confirmed the improved accuracy of the estimation of arriving waves when using multicarrier signals.
