(in English) For ferromagnetic materials widely used in EMC design, etc., it is necessary to represent hysteresis characteristics and magnetic saturation characteristics to realize a numerical simulation model of such magnetic materials. Therefore, we constructed a 3-D model that can represent the magnetization characteristics of ferromagnetic materials consisting of nonlinear springs and friction. Furthermore, we incorporated the model into FDTD and examined whether it is possible to represent the characteristics of magnetic circuits of ferromagnetic materials.
