(in English) In this paper, we consider large-scale mean-field stochastic systems with state delays. After defining a stabilization
problem based on a state feedback strategy, We apply Nash equilibrium strategies to the upper bounds of cost functions.
The problem of minimizing the upper bound of the cost function is solved using the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT)
condition. Numerical examples validate the practicality and effectiveness of the results obtained.
