We propose a drone-mounted antenna that is excited by a low-loss transmission line made of cylindrical concrete, which is the basic structure of offshore floating wind power generation facilities. The antenna has a cavity filled with concrete and has the feature of avoiding loss due to seawater by bringing the underwater drone into contact with the transmission line. The maximum received power between the transmitting and receiving antennas is evaluated by numerical analysis, and the relationship between the antenna shape and propagation efficiency is clarified. |
