(in English) Dielectric lens antennas, known for their high gain and low feed loss, are promising candidates for use in the 300 GHz band. One of the serious problems associated with lens antennas is their considerable height. This paper presents the design of a phased lens-array antenna, where the primary radiators are horn antennas arranged in a circular arc. By adjusting the phase difference between elements, the antenna can scan multiple beams. Furthermore, employing a high dielectric constant material for the lens and introducing an anti-reflection structure on the surface reduces the antenna's height. This configuration maintains high gain across a wide angular range. Electromagnetic simulations demonstrate that the proposed antenna achieves a gain of over 30 dBi within an angular range of ±20°.
