This paper investigates the design of clustering and beamforming to suppress unintended information leakage to other users in a network-assisted full-duplex (NAFD) cell-free massive MIMO system. In the proposed method, each user considers all other users as potential eavesdroppers, and the corresponding secrecy capacity is defined as the difference between the intended user's capacity and the maximum capacity among other users. By maximizing this secrecy capacity, the proposed method suppresses information leakage to other users while maintaining high spectral efficiency (SE) for each user terminal. As a result, the proposed approach achieves approximately double the SE and secrecy capacity compared to conventional method. |
